1. About NumeriFlow

NumeriFlow is operated by Numeriflow Kids Learning Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. NumeriFlow provides a game-based assessment and personalised learning platform designed to support children aged 5–13 with numeracy difficulties, including dyscalculia. The service is available at numeriflow.uk.

2. Who can use NumeriFlow

• You must be 18 years or older to create a NumeriFlow account
• You must be the parent or legal guardian of any child whose profile you create
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• NumeriFlow is designed for children aged 5–13. Children do not interact with the account directly — a parent or guardian manages the account on their behalf
• You must provide accurate information when creating your account

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password secure. Do not share your account credentials with anyone outside your household. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at info@numeriflow.uk.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, are used fraudulently, or where we suspect misrepresentation of parental status.

4. Subscription plans and payment

Free tier (Freemium)

Free accounts include access to the full game-based assessment and a limited selection of game types (Counting and Music). Sponsored content is displayed during free sessions.

Paid subscriptions

• Monthly plan — billed monthly, cancel anytime. Your subscription renews automatically on the same date each month.
• Annual plan — billed annually. Cancel anytime. No refund for partial years unless required by law.
• Early bird pricing — discounted rates are available until 31 August 2026. After this date, standard pricing applies to new subscriptions. Existing subscribers at the time of the price change are unaffected.

Payment

All payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing you agree to Stripe's terms of service. Numeriflow Kids Learning Ltd does not store your payment card details.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time via your Stripe customer portal or by emailing info@numeriflow.uk. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain paid access until that date.

Refunds

We offer a full refund within 7 days of your first subscription payment if you are not satisfied. After 7 days, refunds are at our discretion. Contact info@numeriflow.uk to request a refund.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use NumeriFlow for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to access another user's account or data
• Reverse engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the platform
• Use automated tools or bots to access the service
• Share your access code or login credentials with non-household members
• Create accounts for children who are not in your parental care

6. Intellectual property

All content on NumeriFlow — including the Pip the fox character, game content, assessment questions, music, and software — is owned by Numeriflow Kids Learning Ltd or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Your child's assessment data and learning profile belongs to you. We do not claim ownership over data you provide.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

NumeriFlow is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that:

• The service will be available at all times or free from errors
• Assessment results will be accurate in all cases
• Using NumeriFlow will result in specific educational outcomes

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Numeriflow Kids Learning Ltd's liability for any claim arising from use of the service is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Children's safety and data

We take the safety and privacy of children extremely seriously. Please read our Privacy Policy for full details of how we handle children's personal data in compliance with UK GDPR and the ICO's Children's Code.

If you believe a child is using NumeriFlow without appropriate parental supervision, or if you have safeguarding concerns, please contact us immediately at info@numeriflow.uk.

9. Changes to the service

We may update, modify, or discontinue features of NumeriFlow at any time. We will give reasonable notice of significant changes. If you do not agree with changes to a paid service, you may cancel within 30 days for a pro-rata refund.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.
